If ten million fireflies
Lit up the world as I fell asleep…
This is an incredibly beautiful light installation created by Tamar Frank for the Into The Great Wide Open music festival on the small island of Vlieland. The installation uses 500 LEDs to depect a colony of fireflies. As people walked towards the lake where this installation was set, the fireflies would light up in a circular motion. Eventually the motion calms down and the fireflies come back to their original pulsating state.
